Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States & will ship via priority mail or ups ground unless other arrangements are made. Orders are sent with delivery confirmation guaranteed to the address provided. Wicked Chronic cannot bear responsibility for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. Signature confirmation is possible by request (simply type "signature confirmation" in the notes section of your order) and suggested for larger orders & orders to apartment buildings, businesses or unsecured areas. Lost package claims must be received within 20 days to ensure a postal investigation.

International orders - we currently do not ship any orders outside of the 50 United States.

Return Policy

Items may be returned (unused with all tags intact) within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges ( re-shipping charges for exchanged items). Please understand it is necessary to charge a restock fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. This is done so we can continue to bring you the best possible selection of products. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks for any reason. Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal, or at the least will be charged a 25% restock fee. Please understand that much of the inventory we order is in very limited supply. For this reason we sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges. Thanks for your cooperation.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING - orders placed between Thanksgiving and December 25th will be granted an extended return/exchange period extending to Jan 8th, 14 Days from Dec 25th.
